Private Yoga Session

A one-on-one yoga session is the ideal way to further your understanding of the best yoga for your body. It's helpful for beginners looking to gain familiarity with yoga, as well as seasoned practitioners who have a specific goal with their practice such as relieving stress, improving mobility, managing pain, or cultivating a greater sense of balance. These sessions provide the focused attention and customized guidance that group classes can't. With a blend of therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, you'll gain tools to enhance your physical well-being, and regulate your nervous system. Private sessions allow you to move at your own pace, receive modifications tailored to your body, and develop a sustainable practice that supports your long-term wellness. 60 minutes. $120​

Nourishment Coaching - Single Session

If you're not in a place to commit to multiple sessions, but want to get a little taster of it and have some questions answered, this is a great option to start scratching the surface. 60 minutes by phone or Zoom. $250

Nourishment Coaching - Three Sessions

This is your opportunity to get some one-on-one support so that you can change habits. Dive in deep to your relationship with food & yourself: Get clear on what foods are best for you, learn to navigate emotional eating, incorporate mindful eating, stress management, joyful movement, and how to relate to your body in a more compassionate way. First session is 60 minutes, and the two follow up appointments are 45 minutes each. Appointments by phone or Zoom, email/text support, and resources as needed.  $550
