How we breath, feel, think, and move are all reflected in our pelvis. Sometimes this can result in a lack of tone through the pelvic floor, but often times it can cause chronically tight muscles that lack strength. This workshop will familiarize you with your pelvic floor through breath, movement, a more complete anatomical understanding of the pelvic floor, as well as offering tools to help you open and strengthen your pelvic floor. Open to all levels. No yoga experience necessary.
