Yoga for the Pelvic Floor: A Workshop for Women

How we breath, feel, think, and move are all reflected in our pelvis. Sometimes this can result in a lack of tone through the pelvic floor, but often times it can cause chronically tight muscles that lack strength. This workshop will familiarize you with your pelvic floor through breath, movement, a more complete anatomical understanding of the pelvic floor, as well as offering tools to help you open and strengthen your pelvic floor. Open to all levels.

Private Yoga Session

A one-on-one yoga session is the ideal way to further your understanding of yoga. It's helpful for beginnings looking to gain familiarity with poses, as well as seasoned practitioners who want to work on a specific pose, learn how to manage an injury, develop a home practice, or to further your understanding of yoga philosophy and concepts such as pranayama or the bandhas, to name a few. Contact Amy to schedule.

Holistic Nourishment Coaching - Mini

If you're not in a place to commit to a month or three months of coaching, but want to get a little taster of it and get some questions answered, this is a great option to start scratching the surface. 60 minutes by phone or web.  


Holistic Nourishment Coaching - Three Sessions

This is your opportunity to get some one-on-one support so that you can change habits. Dive in deep to your relationship with food & yourself: Get clear on what foods are best for you, learn to navigate emotional eating, incorporate mindful eating, stress management, joyful movement, and how to relate to your body in a more compassionate way. Each monthly coaching includes three 45 minute phone or web-based calls (accessible to clients anywhere), email/text support, and resources as needed. 


Therapeutic Elimination Diet

A 21-day elimination diet to identify food intolerances, improve digestion, and break sugar cravings. Includes 4 sessions (3 group, one private), booklet & handouts, and online support. Limited to 6 participants. Next group dates TBD or contact me if you have a small group that is interested.
