A one-on-one yoga session is the ideal way to further your understanding of yoga. It's helpful for beginnings looking to gain familiarity with poses, as well as seasoned practitioners who want to work on a specific pose, learn how to manage an injury, develop a home practice, or to further your understanding of yoga philosophy and concepts such as pranayama or the bandhas, to name a few. Group Yoga Classes
Amy teaches five classes via Kaya Yoga per week. You can sign up at kayayoga.com. Currently, all classes are via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Rates vary.
