How we breath, feel, think, and move are all reflected in our pelvis. Sometimes this can result in a lack of tone through the pelvic floor, but often times it can cause chronically tight muscles that lack strength. This ongoing practice, based on Leslie Howard's Pelvic Floor Yoga, will familiarize you with your pelvic floor through breath, movement, a more complete anatomical understanding of the pelvic floor, as well as offering tools to help you open and strengthen your pelvic floor.
