A 10 Week Course

We all eat...

and for many of us, it's become all too common to eat mindlessly and without paying much attention to our food, hunger, or fullness signals. We could be on the go, looking at a screen, socializing, stressed, or finishing the whole bag of chips simply because it's there. Mindful eating allows us to tune into our body and mind so that we can eat in a way that is deeply fulfilling - physically, mentally, & emotionally.
