It's back and expanded!
"I suffered from migraines for 25 years until I did an elimination diet under Amy's guidance and discovered a whole new way of eating." - Djina Ariel, CNM
Elimination diets can be overwhelming. Do it with support!
Amy has been leading groups and individuals through the process for over 12 years.
If you are looking for clear guidance and a step-by-step approach to take on an elimination diet, then keep reading...
An elimination diet is the process of taking foods out of your diet that you may be reacting to adversely, and then carefully reintroducing them, while monitoring for a reaction. Although there are many purported food intolerace tests out there, an elimination diet remains the gold standard for accessing food intolerances and sensitivities. This is particularly helpful for individuals with digestive disorderschronic pain, migraines, and eczema, to name a few. Elimination diets have been proven to be extremely effective at managing symptoms for individuals suffering from IBS, IBD, Chrone’s, and ulerative colitis. In the past, this offering was only three weeks long, but now I have expanded it to two months to offer more support, specifically during the reintroduction process, so that food triggers can be thoroughly evaluated and a long-term plan can be developed for lasting relief.

Over the course of the two-month program you will be walked through the process of preparation, the elimination diet itself, and reintroduction of foods, carefully and systematically, to discern which foods may be triggers for you. During the elimination diet phase, you will be eating simple, nourishing, and nutrient-dense foods. By removing all processed food, refined grains, sugars, and potential triggers for food sensitivities, you can lower inflammation, improve your gastrointestinal health, and promote healing. Eating simply for three to four weeks also provides a unique opportunity to evaluate what parts of your diet are beneficial and supportive of your health, and where there is room for improvement. During this process you will likely feel more energized, tune up your digestion, learn more about your personal relationship with food, and have the opportunity to identify food sensitivities.
