However, during these times, food, often times sugar, ends up in the driver’s seat, rather than you, and you’re left feeling out of balance and riding the highs and lows of cravings. Add in stress, and your hunger may feel like it’s fueled even further. Learn how to reclaim your place in the driver’s seat, so that you can choose how and when you nourish yourself with cherished foods.
