Food Foundations


Food Foundations is a one month course that supports young women in understanding nutritional basics using a functional, whole foods, and evidence-based model.

Nourishing your body well is a requisite for good health. And yet, nutrition is a topic where there is a vast amount of inaccurate information floating around, leaving many people confused and unsure how to feed themselves. Let's clear up that confusion! 


Over the course of four sessions, you will receive education on nutrition basics, and guidance on how to start shifting your mindset around food. As you level up your nutritional status, you may experience outcomes such as more energy, clearer skin, less bloating, and increased hormonal balance. Most importantly, you will learn skills that you can carry with you for the rest of your life to support your well-being.  

You will get the most out of this if:

There are four Zoom sessions (60 mins each), scheduled at a time that works for the group. Each group is limited to five young women or fewer so that Amy can fully support each member. 

Session 1: Tap into your mindset around food and connect with your higher motivations for making changes

Session 2: Understand the importance of macronutrients and optimal sources

Session 3: Strategies to keep healthy eating habits in place 

Session 4:  Discuss food fads, reasons for choosing a specific dietary approach, and goals for each group member going forward.

Investment: $750 per person 


Amy Hillman-Siracusa, MA, NBC-HWC, e-RYT, is a board certified Wellness Coach, nutritionist, and yoga teacher based in Davis, California. In her work, she draws upon 20 years of experience in the fields of spirituality and health, and specializes in the relationship between food, body, and habit change. She works with individuals, teaches classes, facilitates groups, and hosts retreats. All classes and private sessions are available via Zoom. Read more about Amy.
